2. What happened? (Что случилось?)
Выдаем каждому ученику по карточке. На карточках предложением в прошедшем времени описана ситуация, например:
Yesterday I had a terrible accident.
Ученик читает предложение классу. Класс начинает задавать ему вопросы по ситуации. Ученик должен дать ответы на эти вопросы.
Например,
What happened?
When did it happen?
Who was with you?
Did anyone suffer?
Why did it happen?
Примеры предложений, описывающих ситуацию.
Yesterday I screamed at my children.
My brother sold his new car last week.
We went to a Japanese restaurant for dinner.
*Число задаваемых вопросов должен равняться половине от количества учеников в группе. Когда лимит вопросов исчерпан, другой ученик читает свою карточку.
3. Описание путешествия
Учитель показывает слайды о путешествии. Ученики комментируют их, стараясь создать связный рассказ.
Ученик 1. That is where we stopped to go swimming.
Ученик 2. But the water was too cold.
Ученик 3. Then we ate at this restaurant, where the food was delicious and inexpensive.
Ученик 4. At the zoo, we saw all kinds of animals, including this bear.
Ученик 5. This is our hotel. The beds were too soft and the walls were too thin. We could hear our neighbor’s TV better than ours.
